Description

Purpose: to actuate borehole sucker rod pumps. Features: - low frequency of swing; - favorable movement of the rods (with a uniform speed for most of the stroke). Benefits: - reduction of forces of hydrodynamic resistance in the underground part of the SHGN 1.7 times; - saving of specific energy consumption for product rise by 10 .. .50%; - reduction of dynamic loads, increase the service life of downhole equipment; - reducing the cost of installation and maintenance; - the ability to operate marginal wells in continuous mode. Chain drives are supplied: * with upper platforms and tunnel ladders and without them (at the request of the customer); * with a full complement of additional balancing goods. Device and drive operation: * The drive consists of an electric drive, a housing, a reversing reducing transforming mechanism with a closed flexible link (chain), a balancing weight, and a cable suspension of a wellhead rod. * The electric drive consists of a gear motor, manual disc brake and a belt drive (variator). The transmission of torque from the electric motor is carried out by a belt drive with the possibility of changing the number of swings by replacing the pulleys and replacing the electric motor, or by a variator. * The body is a welded metal structure, in which a balancing weight is placed, connected by a rope through rollers to a wellhead suspension. The housing also contains a reversing reducing converting mechanism with a flexible link, which includes sprockets, a closed two-row traction chain and a carriage that is placed in a special cavity of the counterbalancing load with the possibility of movement. The drive works as follows: torque from the p-f electric motor through a belt drive, gearbox, lower sprocket mounted on the gearbox shaft is transmitted to the traction circuit, which converts the rotational motion of the sprocket into translational. The traction chain is connected by means of a rolling pin with a carriage and a balancing weight. At the moment when the balancing load is in the lower position, and the suspension of the wellhead rod is in the upper one, the carriage is in the middle of the cavity. When the sprockets rotate, the carriage moves to the right and at the same time upwards together with the balancing weight, while the suspension of the wellhead rod moves downwards. When the carriage reaches the horizontal axis of the lower sprocket, the carriage movement to the right stops, and it moves only upwards. When the carriage and the counterbalancing load reach the horizontal axis of the upper sprocket, the carriage begins to move to the left, while continuing upward movement. This movement continues until the carriage moves to the opposite side of the sprocket. In this case, the direction of movement of the balancing load and suspension of the wellhead rod is reversed. Thus, reciprocating movement of the wellhead suspension is achieved.
